Contabo Reseller Module and this website are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Contabo GmbH or any Contabo group company. We are an independent service that provides software and tools enabling resellers to manage and resell Contabo Cloud VPS through their own systems (such as WHMCS).
We do not speak for Contabo. Any agreements for Contabo services (e.g. VPS) are between you and Contabo, or between your clients and you. We are not a party to those relationships.
We use the name “Contabo” and related terms (e.g. “Contabo Cloud VPS”) only to describe the products and services that our software integrates with. Such use is for factual, descriptive purposes so that customers understand what infrastructure and services our module supports.
Contabo, Contabo GmbH, and any related logos and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. We do not claim any right in those marks beyond using them descriptively. Our use of Contabo’s name does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by Contabo.

Our total liability in connection with the service is limited as set out in the terms you accept when subscribing.
Our module integrates with Contabo and with WHMCS. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of Contabo and WHMCS is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We may update this legal page and our terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes may constitute acceptance of updated terms where applicable.
